Absolute saints! We were so lucky they were available. We found out our moving date was a week away and had so much to do. Before we even confirmed we would be using them he was giving me more helpful knowledge and information than other professionals directly involved in our move. Based off his helpfulness, knowledge, willingness to help and patience with us confirming (due to admin with the sale) I knew quickly we had lucked out with their services. On the day, they arrived on time, they were professional, clean, quick and again patient. They made it look easy; taking apart/putting back together, moving bulky furniture in tight spaces. They even offered to help us with a repair unrelated to their services at one point. We got a flat (and fair) rate which helped minimise the stress of the hours ticking by and everything was moved into the house in perfect condition and where we needed it. They kept in touch prior to the clearance and arrived bang on time on the day of the clearance. HCS moved us just over four weeks ago. The lads were friendly, professional and must be great at Jenga as they fitted our whole house in two vans. Rarely do you find a company who deliver what they promise! But these guys, exceeded this! The side of the vans state Friendly ✅, reliable ✅ and professional ✅, its not lip service it is fact. From the very first phone call, I knew these guys would be good, purely off their communication, understanding of the process on a stressful day and willingness to listen, understanding and respond accordingly. What took their work to the next level was their online assessment of the advert, google maps, understanding their capability over what we had. This allows Stuart to provide an accurate quote, but whats more invaluable, the reassurance that someone will do a good job. We booked, paid deposits and kept in touch to tie down a date and time. Stuart, Lee, Dan and a lad completing work experience, turned up at 930 as stated in emails. For the next 3 hours they did not stop, removing all of items carefully and loading them like tetris. Nothing was too big of an issue, removing hooks and other furniture attached to the garage wall. Throughout this, everyone was communicating clearly, and working as a team. They kept me up to date with what they were doing, which made the day a lot easier. Once packed, the team left and waited until we had the keys. Shortly after getting access to the new property the team arrived, and began unpacking everything, moving items into specified rooms/areas, and assembling anything accordingly. They left us around 7pm and all family and friends were highly impressed at their professionalism. We would highly recommend for any moving jobs! The price was brilliant for everything we received. No key wait times, low deposit and easy bank transfers. Yeah, a very very good team!

When planning my move I reached out to these guys and Stu was immediately very helpful and reassuring. His communication was brilliant, ensuring everything was discussed thoroughly over the phone and email confirmations. I was able to get a quick quote and my confidence in them made me happy enough to not even compare other companies. They had a 3 person team and 2 vans just for my 2 bed move and made even the heaviest, awkward items an easy job. I also mentioned my ottoman bed and Stu offered to dissasemble and reassemble at a small fee which i didn't even realise they could offer. All my furniture was blanket wrapped and secured on the van, they even had a trolley for the washing machine so nothing was damaged in transit. I recently moved house and had a really good experience with this company. Mike and Stu are really nice guys but also very efficient and professional. The whole process was completed very quickly and with a minimum of stress on my part and the price was very reasonable.

We’ve used these lads a few times for moving home, clearing some rubbish away and clearing the house of a relative. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE 5 STAR PLUS The Guys cleared my Dads bungalow for me today. From the get go they were polite respectful and courteous. They confirmed estimate appointment the night before and even rang with their ETA as traffic held them up slightly. They called again to confirm clearance day and time. The guys arrived promptly and did a great job. They followed my instructions to the letter and kept my updated with their progress throughout the day. They were so helpful and went above and beyond. Their rates were reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again. I would highly recommend this company. They helped with a move which turned out more complicated with two drop offs including a storage unit. Communication before the day was great - everything was confirmed by phone and they responded really promptly to my questions and changes! Even the process of getting a quote was quicker and easier than other companies!! On the day, they showed up on time and sorted everything within a couple of hours. They were friendly and really helpful throughout. Everything was moved with care and they checked that I was happy at each stage. An added bonus is that the price was really reasonable too (lower than other company quotes!). I’ll be using the company again to move everything out of storage and would definitely recommend!

The lads help us move recently and we’re punctual and very accommodating, organised and done a cracking job at a reasonable price.

Probably the best removal I’ve used so far, the guys were all professional and there was no hassle, they came in, had a quick look to see what needed collecting and then had it all done within half an hour or so, any furniture that had scratches or marks they made sure it was like that before they handled it to cover themselves and rest my mind and then provided updates and pictures after. Will definitely be using the guys again!
